This is adorable! I want one. I agree that more detail on the balloon would be to its benefit, though, like maybe a specular highlight or two.
I think if you put some light reflection on the balloon it would be perfect.
Hell you could even give the balloon a little opaqueness.

Great concept and lovely color choices. I am not quite digging the grid in the blue tho. Is it reflections or seeing thru...dunno, hard read there.

You could finish this faster if you used illustrator to create these, they look so vector alike
I question why the balloon has an asshole as well.. and whether it is reliably secure just being held down with some burlap cloth across the middle. Cute nonetheless 
i love the design, though there's something at the front of the cat's "face", the lines that surround the glass look kinda stretched.
I can tell from this pixel piece that the artwork in this game is going to be ace.

Have to agree with Shawn about the cloth/tether holding the Balloon, but everything else is fantastic.
the cloth thingy surrounding the balloon seems really rushed. both aa wise and by the dark lines being so out of place.
the design is awesome though.
