Agree with Manupix; you have a great sense for composition and the colors are nice. I don't mind outlines, but you need to learn Anti-Aliasing those edges. You could work on your palette design & use...this pictures looks like it's using 16-20 colors (and doesn't need more) but you have 54 (typically 24-bit remnant) colors in it.

Learn that, and you could be awesome!

You should try to get free from outlines (start from blocks of solid color instead of line drawings), and practice anti-aliasing.
