You went crazy with the colors didn't you xD
it looks really realistic (the hand) to me, and the waters looking nice too :>
I like this. However, if you were struggling with the color-count and had to use pink in the water, it might be more appealing to instead use a desaturated(near-gray) blue to AA the water, and use it in the flower instead. It'll unify the palette nicely, but subtly, without looking odd(like the pink does in the water).

the pink sh*t in the water is an atempt for the realism, since water are alike with prisms that some times can "generate" a bit for red on the oppiste edge of the "light"

It looks a little messy, but if you rushed then that is why. If you cleaned this up with would look way better. Some more AA on the water and getting rid of the skin tones in it would improve this a lot.
Pretty neat. I must say, the pink shade used to AA the water does not work.
Wow, I saw several variations on this work, I like where you ended up. The background definitely reads as water, it's very clear. The hand itself looks like it made of a piece of paper thats kind of been folded into shape, especially the fingers...intentional? Very nice lotus flower.
