This is much better :)
Maybe you should consider removing the black lines on the light cone. Also (and this is going into details) maybe making the cone a bit more slim. A flashlight is usually made to focus the light in a relativly small spot.

A flashlight is either on or off. Light doesn't grow like a plant. Making the cone of light instantly appear when on and instantly disappear when off will probably make the animation read better.

But srsly it looks pretty decent, but the head and legs could use just a little bit of animation.
