This is pretty good! It has that eerie feel to it... You're a beginner?

@Dr_D: That was my original plan, but then i changed my mind.

@Jabber: Yeah, i've played knytt, i like that game's graphics.

 There's not really much going on in terms of shading, but the shapes and color selections are nice. The style reminds me of Knytt a little bit, if you've played that.

 There is an "Another World" touch in it.

Did you mean to submit this to the weekly challenge?

I think some AA and light bleeding into the trees would do this piece wonders. Really nice.

Pretty good... I would LOVE to see this in a game!
