 Tried making as a good a pixel I could using only the MSpaint palet.

hahah, i actually like this piece. the default palette is really hard to use and i think you pulled it off well.

its alright. I'm still having trouble trying to find out where it is...a power plant I'm guessing?This style looks like what happens when my computer messes up with the color on the monitor...But don't worry there, more practice and development, and I'm sure this style will be one of the best here at pixel joint. Good luck..
