Yeah... it did help a lot. The hair was a big problem for me and I completely did not know what to do with it , so i left it like it was at the beggining. I guess I am going to practice a lot more about the hair and the colors. Is there any tutorial or example on how to do hair?

I think the problem is the bad use of palette. http://yfrog.com/59zedeempalp You've got too much dark shades with very little difference between them. Most of your colors are in highlights. i think u shouldnt have dithered it ...the hair is very noisy.  some parts, like the mouth and some lines on the fingers are too dark and therefore stand out too much, especially with the mouth it looks like its glued onto the face.
