Nice! This reminded me a lot of a tile set I was working on a few months ago, and the saturation of your piece inspired me to go back and make some tweaks.

@Badassbill: I'm going to be putting these into a game soon, and I'm thinking I'll carry the style. I'm going to make more graphics for the game, and then finally program it and put them all in (my real skill is programming, graphics just came along from practicing in a basic sprite editor). I'll post up a mock-up for the game once the graphics are all done, and then use that as the inspiration for how the game will look once complete :)
It's hard to really take these in as-is. Maybe you should make a rough mock-up to showcase them?
definitily a nice tileset. with some work, a really good peice could come out of this!
