I disagree with Khoryl, for anime standard that fits well. Need some definition on the neck though, it seems to disappear into the back with the rest of her hair..
Lovely, the head is kind of big compared to the body but maybe it's intended o.o
nice! though I would advise removing the white background. Also, PJ avatars are 64x64 pixels max.
Love the colors used, the skintones impress me!
