I'm glad that you are, for the most part, not bothered by this piece. To honest, I certainly was. I had the painful awareness from the get-go that this was an act of frankendolling (hence the apostrophe in "based." It would seem I chose a rather confusing homynym to verbalize). In retrospect, I should have consulted you for permission beforehand, the fact that I didn't being unfortunate remissness on my part. As it were, I would have fully understood if you requested this piece to be removed.

For what it's worth, I have no intentions of posting this on DA, out of respect for your commissions. I don't want any confused souls asking me to make your squish icons.

If this piece leads to any problematic developments for you, don't hesitate to deal it swift justice.

In the meantime, I'll be keeping my grimy mitts off of any more of your ideas. :P

I'm glad I was able to inspire you to create something :), however you did a little more here than simply 'base' a work off of something I created. What you've done is basically considered ripping or frankendolling as I havn't given anyone permission to use pieces of my work for their own devices. The hands in your animation frames are simply recoloured from my own with some added pixels for shading between the 'fingers'.

Now because you graciously gave me full credit, I won't ask that the image be removed, as it's truthfully pretty cool to see derivative works, but I hope that you can try to branch out a bit more when something inspires you next time :)

With that said, the little blue guy he's holding is kinda funny xD. Not bad funny, I'm just rather inclined to squish it myself.
