Thanks Okami, The black line was intentional, and the hair thing, is becaus I see the hair as a different texture.

The only thing that bothers me is the inconsistent black outline, it makes her mouth look way too dotty.
For a sprite that big, it's not necessary to break it that much.
Also, I don't see a reason why her hair's outline should be a different color when everything else is outlined in black. Otherwise, great job! 
If you just took off the black lines under the eyes, this would be much better... as is, she looks very tired/sleepy.
