Its a great piece but your using 153 colours when you could get away with about 20.

I agree about the third guy's stubble. It'd look better if you used the same technique you used for the first guy. Good job.

I love it, I love the sequential style. Although the one smoking the cigar, his stubble looks sort of too random. This is really good, especially the tatoo on that guy's hand.
