He probably doesn't know it's a 5th Generation pokemon, not many folks are up to date with it. I'm guessing due to your response this isn't the first time this has happened? Otherwise you might've overreacted a bit.
Anyway the sprite is nice but has too much black on it, and it would probably help to lighten up some of the outline.
What do you mean Eevee + Sneasel? With all do respect I can't help but feel your asuming I spliced which is not the case.
