The hand coming out of the pocket to our left looks really awkward and hard to interpret.  Either move the shirt fold to reveal more of how the hand is resting to explain that the wrist isn't oozing out of the tight pocket opening, or reconsider the angle the arm is entering at.

Thanks for the helpful crits guys, I've attempted to tackle the proportion issues.  The head's still a bit large, but that's intentional.

i digg the odd colours, but the misproportioned body parts bother me a lot. The head is too big, the crotch is too high and the underarms are too short. By the way is it a female or male? It is flat-chested but the head look feminine.

The head is too large for the body. This shouldn't be a problem, but maybe because both are well proportionned, it looks a bit weird somehow.
