Animated candles would make the place more Live rather than just an image.
Character needs a shadow, right now it looks like he's just backing up and not jumping, floor has too much contrast, colors are too saturated, not very dark for something called "Dark Cellars."
Agree with most comments: grrrreat objects and colors, too noisy floor, guy needs a shadow, and also some delay between frights.
character is odd here. and is animation is done - why candles aren't animated?

I have to agree that this is epic in every respect except the character. He seems very out of place with the coloring and shading. Nice animation, but it draws away from the solemness of the basement scene. Wonderful details and work on all of it.

the floor does stand out too much though, maybe desaturate it or loose some of the details

Great work for each tile, but the whole thing is hard to read, you have too much details, and we cannot distinguish the important elements from what is part of the bg. Also too saturated colors.
The character doesn't fit the mock-up, he's too tall, and i'm not fond of his animation.
