Victory image for this little game, link.
I didn't created the in game graphics btw., just some additional sprites.
I like the dithering.. neat!
Stunning piece! The link in the description does not redirect to that game anymore, you might want to fix that.
Nice use of dithering! I like the landscaping you did, too!
Representation is cool!
I want to reference the use of tiling.
Great use of colours, I love the contrast between the foreground and background, and your dithering skills blow me away... I am amazed.
I like it a lot! Especially the orange fill light.
Fantastic composition. Everything's perfect, could be the end image of an hollywood blockbuster!
This is one of my favorite pieces on this site! The atmosphere, the temperature changes of the colors, and the traingle-inverse triangle composition all work together nicely. Great demonstration of pixel control and technique, too!
wow, das sieht wirklich superb aus! ich frag mich wie lang du dafür gebraucht hast...
Great pic! I I really like the palette. The shiny armour reminds of some Bitmap Brothers goodness :)
Simply awesome :) I wish I could dither like that.
insane! I love the colors you used. You used a lot of dithering, but you made it go perfectly into the image! 6/5 :)
Instantly recognizable style form the preview. Good work.
This is wicked!
wunderbar :3 einzig die Rauchsäulen errinern mich an nadelbäume x3
Reminds me of Bitmap Bros.
Awesome. Just plain awesome.
THIS is how to dither.
I like the game style.
Yes, the stuff in the background is supposed to be columns of smoke.
Well yes, I mean game over as in game beaten obviously ;). Edited the description.
Nice colour work as usual:)
*looove* the foreground, especially these yummy orange canon turrets and that tape recorder (?) that you've used for the preview. not sure what the background is supposed to be - smoke or trees.. but that's nitpicking on a very high level.
faved. sooo faved.
As a remake, the game does still feature 50% graphics from the original, and vierbit did an amazing job of meshing the new artwork so that it fitted in with the old.
This is the game-won/victory screen, and it far exceeded my (already high) expectations from vierbit. He's a truly talented artist, and came up with some neat design ideas for the game too! :)
Thanks again mate! Now, lets crack on with the PSP port... ;)
Wow I love it!
Game Over? You mean Game Won? As in when you've beaten it?
Are those trees, columns of smoke, or monster ant hills from Pitch Black in the bg?
Great title, great pic.
FAVED .... for jesus would have wanted so!
Pure awesomeness of awesome's awesome!
great work :Q_
Awesome! All I can say. In-game graphics are nice as well, except for the outer walls
Possibly my favorite piece from you to date.
