I agree with Lazer, more contrast. Both between the letters and the background, and within the letters. I'd also go for a more shiny look to the letters, rather than the dithery roughness.
Oh, also, maybe make the background brighter and more saturated?
Problem with color now is that they don't contrast with background - color and brightness are very close. The same problem is with letters themeselves - they go one onto other and as they have the same colors they look like monolith, which can be read as UI or VH or W.

Thanks for the feedback, and I did try to go with a more "abstarct" look for the letters. I'll edit this peace to make the letters a nice blue, so you can see, and read them better.Ill also fix the shading alittle bit to.
Four colors would be enough.
Background is nice, but letters are unreadable, have not very appealing form (did you aim for psychedelic lettering?), too pale colours and uneven shading.
I will add more contrast, and make stuff look better! Thanks again for the feedback!
