Weekly Challenge: Ssslimy
I'll definitely do better in making stuff look good zoomed for future pixel art.
oh wow, this is awesome. This is going to be a fun weekly challenge, me thinks.
As cure says, it looks great at 1x but falls apart at anything higher, and the fact that it's so small makes me want to zoom in on it. I think the piece would benefit from slightly wider borders.
The palette however is excellent, very soft and attractive.
Thank you for the compliments. I'm surprised you could tell those were dishes, I didn't do a very good job with the readability.
dig the palette and reflective surfaces. the sink/stack of dishes is well-pixelled, the pixel clusters seem senseless up close but it's all very purposeful at 1x
