This is the first thing I've done(that I liked) for a good while.

I knew I wanted the slanted perspective, and about halfway through I decided that I wanted to stick to 4 colors. The top palette is the main, but after a little playing around with my colors I found that the second looks kinda cool.

Inspiration came from a painting on Deviantart and from the "Wind" default desktop picture on Windows computers. Used that second one as a bit of a reference too.
