I'm impressed by how baby-ish he looks. The "diaper" and curl atop his head make him look like an ice cream cone (with ice cream made of vomit). The spoon and bowl suggest he's also eating ice cream (made of smaller pieces of living vomit). So no wonder he's happy: ice cream is every kid's favorite treat!

I think that this one is good for 3 place.

A syrup slime? I think the little spoon and bowl are a bit hard to read (I thought they were eggs at first) but interesting pece non the less.
