The bg color choice is strange (almost no brightness change in the 3 medium tones, hue changes although nice don't mean anything), and dithering is unfinished. Either you have some or you don't; and some kind of texture on that wall would be much better.
Hurry, give 'em his crumpets and tea before he banshee screams and breaks my windows out again!
I love the brightness eyes, and the slobbers and the expression and the scars, but I dont like the horns in this case, good work ^^
