& manupix - thank you for the constructive critisism aswell - i deffinatly know the contrast and stuff is off but i think with time my shading and colour preferences and whatnot will get better.

thank you - but i use pixen to pixel. on the pallete it said 42 colors haha. im so new to this im really not too sure about alot of things, thanks for the welcome :)
fyi, this has 26 colors, not 42. Roof lines should be cleaned. Welcome to PJ :)

Nicely atmospheric, no flaming fer ya...
Some issues: the background buildings have a lot of contrast, their lights are too bright and too even. The foreground looks flat by comparison, also because it lacks detail.
The fg being lighter would indicate a light source, of which there is no feeling. Or else there is snow.
The sky colors are a bit random at the top.
