the whole scaled-up thing seems fine for a general audience as it plays up the pixelly-ness for nostalgia effect, but I'd think pixelartists would rather see it at its native resolution, the size and roundedness of the pixels just seem gimmicky for a pixel art crowd

is that the actual scale you worked on?
The thumbnail wouldn't be accepted since it's NPA (as it's a rescale of the big img)
mind that I totally love the work
