The animation is too slow to do your lil' guy justice, speed up the 'in between' movements of in/exhalation, or add more frames. Love this character, the preview pic doesn't do you any favors though, if you want to work on it more, an outline and some texturing would do wonders. It currently is less detailed than the full view's head which isn't a good thing seeing as it is much bigger. Cupcake Bear is cute

Thanks to everyone that has responded. I got a little intimidated/inspired by creampider, so I made my little guy move as well. Haven't really got the inspiration to make his preview quite as cool, but I think he'll be "aight", as they say ;D

Well, I think the cupcake-stump lower body is a clever touch. Although I agree about how cyan and blue shades on white look lovely. An all around good kickoff for this week's challenge.

I'm digging the idea, and for some reason I'm really fond of the cyan shading on the white, but the bottom half seems weird to me.  Is it supposed to be a cupcake liner?
