Seeing that this is a present for your birthday, but I was absent at that time, I wish you a very happy belated birthday! For your 2010 birthday of course...
Actually, checking my message history I see I congratulated you in 2009 and 2011 indeed, hahaha
hahaha Hapiel as I remember you absent here awhile :) Just tried a different look ...
This high result is only available Pixel By Pixel, amazing work XD
Neat! I love the colors, and the place looks so peaceful, makes me feel happy just looking at it :D
I'm usually not a fan of rpg perspective, but this is fantastic. Love the colors.
Beautiful tiles. This looks like it would be a really pretty game.
Fantastic style! I really enjoy the coloring on the lower part of the house and the golem-face-ish rock surface behind it. You also have some really solid shadowing.
the other thing: the fence seems extremely sharp for a wood fence. I expect a maximum of 2 sides to be strongly highlighted. The way it is done beside the steps leading up to the front door looks good :)
wow, amazing.... i instantly want to play this, it looks like a super cool RPG!
I Like THis.... I like how i start my day with Beautifull Masterpiece like that
beautiful...! the colors are rly nice and i looove the rendering of the fence..... maybe the dark tones of the ground tiles could be a little bit darker , they look kinda dull compared to the house and stuff
This is very incredible! Congratulations for this GREAT work.
Happy Birthday to you.
My, this is astonishingly good! If i were just to nitpick, i would say that the shack by the mountain doesn't seem that it's "incrusted" in it. Maybe adding a bit more constrast where the rocks and wood come together. Also, the purple shadow on the ground is TOO sharp, try to blur it a little more.
Other than that, it's one of the more beautiful buildings i've seen made with pixel art. Way to go!
HB! and very nice work! i like the strength contrast as you used =)
Yep Paulo, agree that the tree is in more cartoon style, but just want to show some different tree and that is why I put in the work :)
... and thank you and wish you more smiles :)
Oh... nice job, man!
I didn't like much the tree's shape in the right, but it is all amazing, the house, the colours, the character...
And Happy Birthday!
Thanks cure and Groogokk ... I hope as old I become not so lazy to be :)
Happy birthday, and thanks for the present! I love your works, and this piece is no exception.
PS:
Awesome. So what's in the cave out back?
