Decided to make a game and since this is some of the best pixel art i've produced i thought i'd see if i'd give submitting something to pixel joint one last shot. Still prittey simple and poor, I'm just not very talented I guess.

Dithering is not an option at this size and with highly contrasted colors. And it's not needed!
The facing view is good; the profiles have issues: the bodies are too wide, the caps don't look like caps (not easy), the legs are too straight and the guys look like they're going to fall over.
Edited 2 of them: removed all dithering and fixed shading; side view: reduced body width by 1 px, slanted cap, gave him a nape and feet.
I'm no spriter though, this could go much further!
Keep practicing, if you're making a game it's worth it!
