Hopefully it's clear what this is supposed to be. Aerial views of cities at night have always struck a chord with me, although this rendition is somewhat unsatisfying to me; there's some characteristic that seems to be missing. With that in mind, criticism would be appreciated.

I will probably do another one that is similar to this, because I wanted to try one where the view is farther out and maybe involves a coastline, as in this photo: http://photos4u2c.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/chicago-night.jpg?w=896&h=618

This is also sort of my first isometric thing, although that's mostly by accident.

 Thanks, guys. I will try this again at some point in the future with a better perspective and some different colors, and hopefully it will be more legible. I'm glad some people enjoy it anyway, though.

I too thought that it was a computer chip of some sort. As Zero said, you should add some different lights. Otherwise, this is a mighty goodlooking city.

I thought it was a computer chip at first. Adding different colors of light might fix that, or maybe just show the horizon?
