 The fact that you only realize its an apple AFTER you think the person holding the blade kills someone and its dripping blood, and then see its an apple, is what makes it so awesome. showing it from the start kills the whole point mann.

I have tried it with the apple (tomato, really, but i agree, it is bloody ambiguous) already being there. It entirely kills the surprise. As to it being a logo — i'm all for it, and it's somewhat of a high praise, thank you.

I don't really like the way the apple moves into the reflection, i think it might look better if it is already there once the blade appears. anyway brillant idea, this would make a very good interactive logo.
