Her eyes in the drawing are much sharper at the corners and more angled. I think the head on the chibi version needs to be moved to the viewers' left just a few pixels, so the neck will connect at the center of her head instead of the center of her face like it does now.
I think the shadow on the ground was not legal because only the latter taking the body more straight hair and see that the gun is straight out of the body. I realize that the light is coming from my right and left of the drawing, then why the shadow just below?
Cute! I like it all except the shadow.
