It's an antropomorphic weremonster type character. In daily life it's an old man, who under the pale moonlight turns in a raging hulk that grabs light fixtures and uses them as weapons.

Got a bit of a clay-modelled vibe goin' here.

Like the abdominal breathing a lot, but question the thoracic compressing/his pecs' height seems to go up and down.
