I've done this one last year I think. It was for a game I've been making with my friends. I remember it took me quite a long time to finish this because I was experimenting a lot ;)

I think it looks beautiful, but I'm wondering if this is actually the effect you wanted. The nebula looks more like rippled and ripped cloth than gas clouds. Maybe it's just me. With that said, very nice dithering and awesome stars.
