My entry for the Pixelween contest I loved Shaun of the Dead... and it's the only actual horror movie I've seen. So I guess it's pretty obvious that I chose a scene from that movie. I was originally gonna use the scene where Shaun, Liz and Ed are behind the burning bar, hiding from the zombies... but I couldn't find a good reference image for that, so I used this.

Yeah, I didn't really like how the eyes turned out either. Might fix it later if I'm not lazy. Thanks for the comment

Everything looks perfect, except for the eyes...they look different when compared to the rest of the picture....there too cartoony, or white...Some times it's ok to use a very light skin tone to replace the color white in a persons eyes when drawing pixel art...
