Started as professor claw, turned to masked claw and finally atomic claw... Well, he's got a claw and some robotic features, and he's an ex-professor/president/whatever classy person that turned into a super villain.

The middle frames that hardly show made me work my ass off... I think I might use this in my game at some point later on, if I get to make him walk/run.

Final note: if you have any ideas of a cool move I can make with a clawed guy, please tell me. I'm thinking of making a 360 spin but that's all I can think of.
