Very nicely done. The eye is obviously a lot bigger than normal, but I guess that's a matter of style. But the nose seems to be shaded in a strange manner. There is a lot of shadow on the left side of the nose, even though the light source is on the left side. But anyway, great job. The iris is gorgeous.
