And @Manupix and others who notice the (somewhat heavy) dithering: I swear I've tried a lot with only clusters, but whenever I tried the result was never as satisfying to me as with dithering...

 I agree that the face should not be dithered. Otherwise great work with just 12 colors.

I'm with lucas on the face dithering though, I think it's a bit overdone. But besides that (minor) quibble, this is pure win.

 Nice, but I think you might have overdone the dithering, especially on her face. Just doesn't give off the smooth feeling that skin should have. Remove the face dithering and it'll be perfect, I believe.

This is amazing! I love it soooooooooooo much. I think you got the colours perfect and the lighting is really atmospheric. I can't even DRAW that good, never mind make a pixel art like that. *favourite*

Just the dither in the face bothers me.

I came here to say this. It's good everywhere else but the face has no reason to have any, define it as precisely as you can with nice pixel clusters instead! It's the focus of the piece and has to stay crisp and clear. I think there are some better moments in the wip anim.
