thanks! the reason it is so close up is that it was originally intended for the "Ultra-Close Portrait" contest. I sent it in, but for some reason it didn't make it in. :(

cool. your shading is really good and i think you've used dithering expertly as well. but i kind of expected a whole head and not just a face but it kind of works with the pun in the title. :D
