I like it. Mirrors the style of the Naruto anime. I do think the arms could be a bit longer though. And I quite like the idea of a giant toothpick as a weapon, but I agree with Cure that it needs an outline. And Cure, thanks to the way the feet are planted, I'd say it looks more like hes just toying with his giant toothpick-weapon as opposed to using it for support.

arms are a bit short, or the legs are a bit long. neck looks rather long as well. stick looks out of place due to the lack of outline, and a more organic shape might make it more interesting. also a really strange way to hold a walking stick, with the arm being so high and straight to the side, it looks more like he's leaning against a wall.
