Only the neck looks very seperate from the head to me. Maybe a darker (our left) shadow under the chin area would fix that. Since the light here is coming from the top right. And as said before the ears are too small.
I love that on this site you had to stat 'no tracing' over a refernce picture.
Cool lighting, nice colors too. The ears are pretty small though.
