I decided to re-do my entry. It's a Patapon scene in the style if iLKke's Parallel Worlds (www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/23153.htm)

After the old one came through I realized just how bad it really was. This time the composition is alot better, the color more interesting and the AA not terrible, perhaps not great, but not offensive at the very least.
