he means that this submission violates the rule on redundancy, so you should just use the 64x64 file as the preview file on the other piece.

I am sorry but I do not understand what you are saying. What do you mean by "have exactly this one"? This one is cropped to 64x64 pixels, the other is 108x208 pixels.
