The highlight on the left side of the vial looks cool. The highlight on the top of the liquid makes the hanging down thingee appear to be hanging inside of the bottle, down into the liquid, at least at regular zoom level.
Dithering isn't necessary, you should try making it look more smooth, nice line-art though.
