Using 14 out of 16 colours of my new colour pallet that probably isn't that good. To be honest, this was 50% excuse for me wanting to test the pallet out on something other than a tileset. His skin is generally more subdued to a greyish hue, but my pallet isn't alas built with any easy greys because I don't use grey much in my tiles. =/

EDIT: upload the finished version because beforeI failed immensely. Also ditched the attempted grey dither on the hat. Also, forgot to count transparency as a colour
