The lightest brown on the shoes which you just used for the top pixel of them, isnt very noticable. You can replace it with the middle brown on the shoes. That frees up an extra color for you to use for something else more noticeable.
Hmmm, Do not quite understand, suggests I change the color of shoes?
cool idea. I think the lightest brown on the shoes is kind of a waste though. I think you could take it out and add another color to make 96 mario look more 3d instead.
I can't help but to feel sorry for him. He seems to be pretty stuck.
