You should make the gray part of the beak look a slight shade darker than pj's background lol

My first idea was this, but look at the shape of the beak, I tried to make a happy duckling, but the bill would get bizarre

I love the approach. It'd be really neat if you made the duck totally innocent and nice looking though.
