Utterly amazing! This is the style I hope to achieve someday!
I like how you gave the recolours some variations(like the additional spires in the fire rock monster, or the wings or the pack on the boars). It can be tempting to just switch the palletes and call it a day, but little details and differences can go a long way.
I absolutely love it. My favourites are those gelatinis people. awesome work!

Holy shit, these are freakin' awsome! I love the golems so much! 
Everything is very nice! The Fire Golem, is my favorite. But there is one designer's choice that kind of bugs me, and that is having black outlines all around every monster. It doesn't look that good on the wing, or some of the lighter monsters. Perhaps if the outline was a lighter shade of grey (or perhaps brown or purple) on some monster, it might not distract as much. Still, this is a pretty good assortment of nicely pixeled creatures.
OMG The colors, the shadows, the concept.... all are perfect!!!
I would love to play an rpg with those foes.

The golem's legs dont seem as finished as everything else, besides that, amazing work!
Lots of great characters in there, the tiny fire and rock guys don't seem as dynamic as the rest though.
