Pour la peine je vais rédiger un com en Fr un peu plus constructif (j'ai quand même du mal en anglais) parce que je suis vraiment fan de ton boulot.
Je suis vraiment impressionné par l'ingéniosité que tu as mis dans cette oeuvre.
Il y a vraiment des trucs bien pensé, le slime, le conflit cat vs dog ou encore les 2 références a la sauce Marvel avec cyclops et Ghost rider, je trouve vraiment intéressant.
Sinon techniquement ca déboite aussi, ton style cartoon rend vraiment le tout très éfficaces et cohérent, c'est vraiment du bon travail.
Je pense un peu comme RedAlchimy, c'est très enrichissant a voir et ca donne envie d'essayer!
Well the main thing I learned is to try to find new ways to make things interesting. I tried to avoid as much as possible to do things you'd expect from the theme. A mermaid? I'll choose an unusual fish. A Ghost? Let's make a joke here. Multiple limbs? What would that be useful for? and so on.
Coming up with fresh and unexpected ideas keep you motivated, and is much more interesting. :)
As for what I personally overcome, it was my problems with anatomy... No advices to give here, I just worked my ass off to make dynamic poses with decent proportions, etc.
Last piece of advice : don't plan too big. That's what killed me in the end. -.-

Indeed! The piece you think of is part of the #28~30 that I never finished, I wanted to make a big scene covering all 3 last points... never made it. I still have the wip somewhere but, oh well... it doens't look good anyway. :/

This is wonderful! I have been thinking of doing this challenge as well and after seeing your interpretations of each of the monster types I would like to say that I am impressed. Each one of the characters has quite a bit of life and imagination, the style is clean and well developed. Is there anything you learned or challenges you overcame while working on these characters that might be useful for someone else attempting the challenge?
It would be great if you could finish the challenge just to see the climax of your hard work.
