A test to see how stuff would look like if I didn't limit the pallette, but I kinda did anyways halfway through. Still a big amount of "colours" was used. It's not as much shades as it looks like, I reused most of them multipe times, but still...
And also yes, I know, another black and white picture with coloured blue eyes. So original.

The amount of colours usually helps to think that the picture didn't have been created with a PA technique. I think that 149 colours maybe are too colours for a picture who shows a little hue shifting.
Many masters are able to make similar masterpieces with even less than 10 colours.
