Love the robot, a little movement on the legs would have made it perfect in my humble opinion.

 Those swordsmen have some INCREDIBLY strong arms. A sword is heavy and hard to swing. Have you ever tried swinging a baseball bat with one arm and without your body moving at all? It doesn't happen, and it sure doesn't move that fast.

Work on body movements. Even when walking, more than just your legs move.
