thank you very much for your extensive feedback. you motivated me for a new one :) actually i wanted to mix my own palette, but that's something i have almost zero experience with.., i don't get it how some people mix the weirdest colors (green, red, yellow and whatever 
)and get such a good result, but i think that takes it's time too.

Neat little chappy. Don't worry abour anatomy mate. It takes years to get the hang of it and often enough decades to truly master.
You converted Garbodor into a cool looking sprite. Extremely close to the real deal and even better im some regards!
There is not much I can criticise here. I'm not a fan of the original colour scheme, but that is not your fault. It feels a bit dull and washed out imho.

Little mistake in sel-out on the right hand (our left)
Light source is top left, and you've used black outline on the top left of some of his fingers where the light would be hitting it.
