@eishiya, really, i just needed a simple building to a rpg project, and i made it. the wood aspect doesn´t matter after all in it. in the next building i will follow your recomendations about the texture and dithering.

The dithering doesn't quite read as wood to me. Wood almost always has a sense of direction to it, whether it's the swirls in the wood or the bark. Because dithering like this does not create any clumps of pixels, there's no sense of direction, and thus nothing to suggest "wood."
Don't be afraid to stylise and flatten textures. The human brain is easily tricked, and stylised things can often read better than the real thing.
One small thing that messes up the view is the stairs. Since you can see the top of the roof you should be able to see the top of the stairs. Other than that, looking good!
